Glitter eyeliner is a possible trend for spring/summer with it's elegant yet fun look. 

However white and silver are predominately associated with winter, therefore I would 

suggest using different colour glitter that will really correspond with spring/summer, for example, pastel colours or even neon. It's definitely the ideal look for summer festivals, parties ect. 

How to get the look: 

1. First apply moisturizer and primer to the skin. After use the Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet or any other matte foundation of your choice to create a perfect finish.
2. Next, apply a small amount of Chanel - Joues Contraste in Espiegle Blush.This will help emphasis the look of your eyeliner. 
3. Finally the important part: For the eyes use Chanel - Ligne Graphique Liquide Liner to apply a thick line on the upper eye lid, then use mascara to intensify the eyes. 

After, use any type of glitter under the eye using massacre glue to hold the glitter (in these images the make-up artists used (chunky hologram glitter) - an alternative would be using eye-shadow glitter which could work perfectly and is a little more subtle.
